📦 Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you register and use the App:

• Full Name — for your account and billing identity
• Email Address — for account authentication and login
• Mobile Number — for account access and WhatsApp bill sharing
• GSTIN Number — for business identification on bills
• Business Details — business name, category, area, address, description (for business listings)
• Sales Data — customer names, items sold, quantities, prices, payment mode (UPI/Cash)

🎯 How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate and identify your account securely
• To pre-fill your billing details (name, GSTIN) on sales forms
• To display your registered business in the local services directory
• To generate and send sales bills to customers via WhatsApp
• To show daily sales summaries and reports
• To allow other users to browse and contact your listed business

💬 WhatsApp Integration

MANA Vyapar uses WhatsApp's URL scheme (wa.me) to send sales bills and daily summaries. This means:

• Bills are sent via your own WhatsApp account — we do not send messages on your behalf
• The App opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message — you review and send it yourself
• We do not store WhatsApp message history
• Customer mobile numbers entered in the billing form are used only for that specific bill

🔐 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard security including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firestore security rules ensuring only authenticated users access their own data
• Firebase Authentication for secure login
• Password reset via email — we never store plain-text passwords

🤝 Data Sharing

We share your data only in these limited cases:

• Business Listings — Your business name, category, area, mobile number, and GSTIN are visible to all app users browsing the Local Services directory. This is the core purpose of the listing feature.
• Google Firebase — Your data is stored on Firebase infrastructure governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements — We may disclose data if required by law or government authority.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

✅ Your Rights

• Access — You can view your profile data inside the App at any time
• Correction — Contact us to update incorrect information
• Deletion — Delete your account and all data instantly from Profile → Delete My Account, or request it below
• Portability — Contact us to request a copy of your stored data

👶 Children's Privacy

MANA Vyapar is designed for business owners and is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
